Heba, I’d wrap it from front to back and smooth out the join with abit of water and lots of rubbing. It’s how I’ve always managed to cover my tall cakes in one piece. Alternatively covering in modelling chocolate would be easier as you can easily remove joins. No tutorials or videos I’m afraid. The cake below was covered using a single piece of fondant, slowly started at the front, cut any bits I needed and all sealed at the back.
