Thanks for your comment Karen… I didn’t really make my question clear it seems, what I was trying to say was is it worthy to make a few dummy cakes at the start of each year as your “new designs” and give them all names and such, so the brides can choose from them or get inspiration from them? I’ve seen a few people doing that but I never have… I guess it could be useful x
