Thank you ladies <3 I too go with the flow and the requests from the bride, but I started wondering if it was good to do some display cakes with new designs as an inspiration for brides and a kind of advertising, like I see some top bakers announce “brand new design for 2015”. Selma I’m so bad at this whole “keeping up” business, I like things I find beautiful and pay attention to new trends only when they suit me (lol!) I guess there’s room for improvement :) I might make a few practice cakes just to test out my ideas… If I have time! Xx
