The Mat (for me) is good for covering all cakes large or small – you don’t need icing sugar or cornflour. Not everyone gets on with The Mat, but I totally love it! I only use it as a base to roll on, I don’t put the top sheet on as it makes it too hard (for weak little me!) to roll out.
