Just a small tip, keep it also away from humidity!!! I believe that humidity is the worst enemy of sugar decorations. I used to store my flowers in a kitchen cupboard which was very humid due to the fact that it was placed against an outside wall. They didn’t keep for more than a couple of months. Now I found a better storage place in the same kitchen but in another cupboard and I still have flowers from my daughter’s Confirmation cake which she did over 3 years ago.
