I use Windsor cakecraft’s own brand “couture” sugarpaste and, when I want an egg shell finish, Squire’s . Believe me Julia, I have tried them all : ) and have found with these brands I get no tears, elephant skin, wrinkles etc and they both cover so easily.
What do you use Julia, your cakes always have such a great finish.
