For those like Anna (Sassy Cakes) who live in Australia, I have tried to get this fondant here. Amazon sell it, but when you get to the checkout they don’t ship it to Australia. I found a stockist in the UK who does send to Aus, but it was going to cost $80 for postage. So unless you are charging the earth for your cakes, it just isn’t worth paying that much for. Bake Boss sell a fondant called “Wonder Paste”. I really like it. It has a lot of playing time, doesn’t tear like Satin Ice and tastes good. Lorene
