Thank you Sweetlilly. I wasnt there when the customer cut her cake, but I would make vertical cuts, not horizontal. If you look at my pic, you can see how they were cutting it, and I dont think that would be the best way. Instead of cutting with the direction of the round cakes, I would cut the opposite way, which would be vertical, if that makes any sense
