So far I have not had an issue getting the system back. I do ask for a deposit that is the cost of the plates. So if I have to use 2 plates I ask for a $70 refundable deposit in a separate check then my payment.
I give the client a self addresses padded envelope that the system fits in so all they have to do is take the legs off and put in in the envelope. When I get the plates back I void their check and mail it back to them. So far this has worked out well for me. I got this idea from Peggy Does Cakes who introduced me to this support system.
