I’ve made a standing Ben 10 figure before for on top of a cake. I used the figure molds you can buy and I inserted a dowel into the mold so it protruded about 10cm below the figure coming out of his feet. I was able to add a drop of royal icing to his feet and insert the dowel into the cake to support the little figure in the standing pose. Hope this helps.
