Dolce Sorpresa

I started to be fascinated to the cake world when I was able to combine art and treats. So I decided to bake and create toppers and figurines. I have spend lots of practice hours trying to achieve a level that I felt comfortable with and it did pay off. I am still looking for ways to improve myself. I am still looking to create pieces that give me new emotions. I am still looking for that special look every customer gives you when they see the cake for the first time.
