I have a quick question. Which is better or which do you prefer for flavouring and value LorAnn Oils/LorAnn Emulsions(I dont know the difference in these to be honest) OR Beau flavouring?
I would be using for cakes and buttercream and maybe to flavour ganache
I am not familiar with Beau flavorings, but have used a lot of LorAnn Emulsions, which I like. I use a whole bunch of different kinds of flavorings and have only found a few which I didn’t like, inexpensive, off-brand, grocery store extracts.

I actually just ordered a bunch of LorAnn emulsions today. I really like them. They give great flavour, and are reasonably priced. I’ve never heard of Beau flavours/extracts. Perhaps only available where you live.
