It started when i was a little girl watching my nan making cakes and welsh cakes and use to think I want to do that. Then the year before I got married I bought a £9.99 mixer from Tesco and thought I will practice making cupcakes for my wedding, It was the best thing I did, I practised and practised. I then went on to my my nan a cake when she was ill and she said to me, please do this, your good at cakes just keep doing it. My that day on I knew it was right and something I had to do. Which I love with a passion.
