My name is MElbises I was born in Dominican Republic , now i live in Spain.
I studied pastry at 12 years old, I learned this job in a school of catholic nuns , from there, my pasión for pastry. I have lived and worked in many places as New York, Milán in marketing area, but until now it wasn't born again this passion.
Looking at tutorials decorations and practicing at home, I've started in this World which is for me infinity, to many possibilities .
My Dreams is someday have my own Horno de Mel , hope you like it my job.
