I amMadhulika from surat. Am into the business of chocolate and cakes since last 8 years. Attaching a pic of a modern wedding cake which I have modified in indian theme with doli, elephant, indian heavy jewellery box, mehendi etc.
The fist layer is a Kashmiri Jewellery Box done with royal icing. The next layer denotes mehendi which is very much related to indian wedding. Next layer depicts an indian elephant using various moulds and gold sheen. The next layer represents indian jewellery using bead moulds and seqencing along with air brush technique. The next layer is a typical indian doli. This layer has been done using different type of fondant mould and various colors.

Whatever I can think of an Indian wedding, is on this cake..superb and mind blowing! Plus very very neat..
