Hi, my daughter Rosie loves to bake and help me in the kitchen so it was an obvious choice to name my website after her.
Like many other bakers I started out making cakes for family and friends and as my cakes became more popular it was the logical conclusion to start up my own business. I love being in the kitchen where I can be creative in trying out new and wonderful cake designs and I always like a challenge.
All my cakes are homemade using fresh ingredients and free range eggs. I also cater for gluten and dairy free cakes.
