Geez, I've been baking pretty much my whole adult life! I have my mom to think for my talent and my passion, I remember her baking for us almost everyday growing up and everyone called her sweetie cakes, hence my home-based bakery is L.A. SweetieCakes.
I am professionally trained, I graduated Le Cordon Bleu's Baking & Patisserie program here in Padadena.
Now I moonlight as a pastry chef and do anything Superbowl to wedding cakes!
