Just over a year ago I graduated from Grays School of Art. During my four years of studying I sketched, painted, sculpted, and experimented with various types of medium. It was also during this time I started taking an interest in designing and baking cakes. By the time I received my art degree, I was regularly making cakes not only for family but for friends and their family and friends. My passion for art had now taken an exciting new direction - designing and creating bespoke edible works of art. Most of my designs are inspired by different art movements, beautiful old and new architecture and baroque and Victorian style interior design. All cakes are unique and individually designed, and every consideration is given to the customer who may want something a little more alternative. Each stage in the decorating process, from the initial detailed sketch to final completion, is given the utmost care and attention to ensure your cake creates a lasting impression.
