I work in beautiful sunny Eastbourne on the Sussex Coast and I have been in love with cake making and decorating for over 25 years.
It all started with my eldest son’s first birthday.Excited to celebrate my gorgeous little ones special day with my friends & family, I set myself the task of creating the perfect cake worthy of the occasion.
It wasn’t quite perfect but the Noah’s Ark themed cake I produced sparked my love for cake decorating and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years as my family grew I created more and more cakes for family and friends, sometimes working through the night just to fit in my beloved hobby with my family and full time job in accounting.
Now it is my full time job and I can't tell you all how much I love it.
I've swapped a computer and a calculator for a food mixer and a rolling pin, and I couldn't be happier.
