I was hooked after my first cake decorating course in the mid-'70's! Cake decorating was my hobby as I worked a long career in the medical field. Now retired, I have a small business and wonder why I didn't start my business many years ago! I love it! I'm always either making a cake, planning a design, looking for some cake article to buy, or admiring other decorators' work on the computer!
