I am a pastry chef and cake decorator. I am originally from southern Illinois, but I have previously lived in Cedar Rapids and I am currently living in Auburn, New York. I work at The Patisserie at Sherwood Inn in Skaneatales as a cake decorator. I like the classical style of cake decorating. my favorite foods to decorate with are chocolate, fruit, marzipan, and royal icing. I love to pipe; I feel that is one of my strong points!
