I started making cakes for friends and over the years discovered the addiction of sugar art. Starting with making sugar flowers, I moved on to painting on cakes and then carving and sculpting cakes and various edible pastes. The limit is the skill and the imagination. The former means I try to get to classes with some of the amazing teachers out there, and the latter I have an abundance of!!!
