Hello, my name is Svetlana Petrova. I was born in Bulgaria. I have been doing boutique cakes for over 10 years. I put a part of me in every cake I do. Thank you so much for your sweet words, Lani! Honestly, most of my creations are made of modeling chocolate and sometimes Rice Crispy Treats covered in modeling chocolate and no one eats them. People like to keep them. I rarely sell a cake. Most of them are either for Icing Smiles (an organization that provides birthday cakes to children with serious illnesses) or a special even for a friend or family member. I am far to lazy to work that hard on a time schedule, lol.
