I am not a trained chef, but i gained knowledge in baking and decorating cakes/cupcakes from having cooking/baking classes when i was younger and through self learning, thanks to my compilation of baking books and the net. I have been baking for friends and family for years now, though i am doing this for a while, i still consider myself as a beginner as there are still loads of things i want to learn...baking has unlimited knowledge...
