Journey of a Cake Order Series #3: How to Price Cakes with Itemisation

Hi everybody, welcome back to our third episode of my Journey of a Cake Order Series. So far we have made first contact with our imaginative wedding couple and we have drawn a sketch of our Romeo and Juliet wedding cake as per their expectations discussed in our previous episodes.

Now we are ready to present our idea visually at the next meeting, hoping that they like it. If this is the case we also know that the next question will probably be “How much is it?”. It would be quite professional that we have clear and concise answer to that question. Today I would like to show you how I calculated pricing for thousands of cakes in the past.
