A simple birthday cake

Here’s to you are a very easy decorating cake tutorial.
Just prepare a 20 cm diameter cocoa cake and our mascarpone cream. After cutting the cake into three equal discs, we only need to wet with Maraschino (italian liqueur), fill and decorate with the mascarpone cream. To make the cake even more delicious, we added raspberries in the filling and to garnish.

The mascarpone cream is very simple to prepare.
- 250 ml of fresh cream to be whipped
- 250 gr of mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar

Whip the cream with the mascarpone at medium speed. When the cream begins to thicken, add the icing sugar and bring the blender at maximum speed for 3-4 minutes.
