How to Decorate Back to School Cookies

It is that time of year again when parents are purchasing back to school supplies and children are anticipating the first day of school!
This year my daughter is going back to school, not as a student, but as an early childhood special education specialist MA! I could not resist making this back to school cookie tutorial!
