How to Create a Vintage Dimensional 4th of July Cookie 🇺🇸🎈🎉

For this week’s tutorial I will show you how to dimensionally pressure pipe a vintage 4th of July Cookie.
As I have mentioned previously I find using tipless bags works the best for this technique, however if you prefer tips a PME #1 would work well!

The design above was inspired by my Madame Alexander doll (purchased in 1972) and several vintage cards.
