Decorated Perfume Bottle Cookies with Dimensional Bows

I am excited to share this tutorial with you! I created these perfume bottle cookies using several
of my favorite decorating techniques: Hand painting, dimensional piping, royal icing transfers,
piped roses, and a piped arabesque design.
