I just finished watching a tutorial on airbrushing and learned of a new way to make spatter paint on cakes. Most of us use a toothbrush or a brush of some kind dipped in paint to splatter a cake – while this works very well, it can get messy…
Here’s an option you may want to try…
If you have an airbrush, simply remove the tip, leaving the needle exposed, and spray as usual – the paint comes out spattered giving you more control, making it much quicker and definitely cleaner than using a toothbrush.
