As always, dear Sharon, you have given us such an interesting read…. and the pointers on watermarking and lighting is so relevant!! I second that 100%
some great things going on out there in the cake world and stunning designs and trends emerging, shown here.. and i was delighted to meet our Daniel at Cakes International as well, a true artist and most certainly a rising star!!
Wishing you Happy Holidays dear Shags… and might I add, thanks so much for hosting my first official international cake class and opening up your gorgeous home to me and making me feel so much at home.
love ya!!!

I am definitely going to read, and I need to know about the watermarking my photo’s majorly! As I have over 3,000 on Facebook already.

So much info thanks Sharon…a great read as always. Will have to try the daylight bulbs. I always fill pans to no more than 2/3 full to prevent overflow but that tip you shared can come in handy too. Agreed about watermarking = advertising…so true and many cakers don’t realize this. Happy Holidays to you and the CD crew as well 😊😊😊

Wow! Sharon… I have not enough words to thank yours. I don’t know if I’m rising or a star but you made me feel in heaven. I really love to read your gazette, but this one has been so special to me and I will always remember it. This means so much to me. Thanks from my heart <3

Aaaaw you all fill my heart with so much joy when you leave comments that you enjoyed the gazette. It is something I totally enjoy doing and put all my heart into. I try to be fair to all members and share as many different artists each month as possible. I truly do feel like a family here and hope that everyone feels a sense of belonging here that other sites don’t provide. And the talent we have is incredible, it really is. I wake up every morning to the most beautiful cakes in the world and go to bed with a quick sugar fix as well by looking here on CD. I feel bad on those days I am too busy to check in but try hard to always catch up. You are all brilliant and I love you all.
