Hello again!!

Hello all, I haven’t been around for the last 3 1/2 months as I had back surgery in February so haven’t been able to bake or work. However, it’s my first week back at work and I’ve just finished my first cake for months!! It’s a pearl wedding anniversary cake and very big so was very hard to do with a bad back still …hope they like it!!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello again and hopefully I’m back on the baking road again and looking forward to lots more baking!
