Glen Beardsmore Rocky Horror Sugar Show’

Next we introduce Glen Beardsmore who since 2013 has been self-employed, owning and running Nice & Iced Cake Co Ltd in Birmingham. Before setting up his own company he was a HGV Class 2 driver. He spent his younger years crafting and so cake making seemed a natural progression. He took part in CI for the first time in 2012 and won Gold and 3rd for his military inspired sculpted novelty cake. He won Bronze at CI 2013 for a Batman
inspired sugar decorative piece and also won Gold and Best In Class at Salon Culinaire in 2015, being published in local and national press.
