Edible sequins

This is how I made edible sequins to decorate a Wedding cake. The sequins are made using leaf gelatine, water & edible lustre.

This was the first time I have tried this and it took me a few attempts to get the gelatine & water quantities right. I persisted and was extremely happy with the result.

If you have any tips or use this technique for yourself please do share, I would love to see what you come up with.
