making your own string of fondant pearls (no mold necessary)

Because I don’t have a ton of $$$$$$$$$$ to spend on molds I am getting quite creative and decided to string my own fondant pearls. And I made earrings as well they are for a wedding dress cupcake cake. Im pretty impressed with my self. The necklace used about 35 fondant balls (depending on the size of your necklace) and measured approx. 12" long before the end decoration

thank you for sharing quick question what did you use to string them with also how did you put the ear rings together ( using what to hold them together ) once again thank you

Hi Lindaq I used regular white sewing thread double width. I knotted the end then placed a small piece of tape at the end so the pearl wouldn’t slip off. As for the earrings I just used water to stick them together, Hope this helps
