cake tins

I am looking for advice about what are the best cake tins to get on a small budget. I recently bought some of Ebay, they looked very sturdy strong pans, but when i used them they bevelled on the bottom and some of the cake mixture came out of the corners. So can anyone advise what kind and where can i purchase good quality cake tins, (i don’t like using the spring form ones) thank you for any advice, it will be much appreciated.
