Just a question, did you separated the eggs, because the foam is so white, is it only the egg white or entire egg. Thanks for your feedback.

Thanks for your query Yasmina. No, I did not separate the egg whites. I used a blender and put vinegar. Vinegar helps in foaming and that makes the foam whiter.
