I'm Yasmina, I'm Belgian from Moroccan origin and I live in Brussels.
I follow three years of Pastry, bakkery and chocolate's evening courses and I'm pationate by the cake decoration.
I don't have a lot of techniques for the moment, I use the fondant to cover the cakes and I like modelling the toppers.
I hope to learn new techniques and new recipes and share with you what I do.
