I’ve been meaning to learn how to make fondant carnations..is that in the Wilton book? I haven’t taken the classes but I do have the books, which I refer to time to time.

Yes the carnations were done the Wilton way. If you don’t find it in the book, this is the site that has the directions: http://www.wilton.com/technique/Gum-Paste-Carnation They are really easy to do. I’ve been meaning to try them using other methods but haven’t had a chance.
