I use lemon and orange extract… It smells lovely while workings its dries far quicker than vodka too (re your ratio of alcohol) RAEWYN shared that tip when she came to stay with me last week :)
I still use vodka too, it’s great for cleaning up mistakes without damaging your fondant xx
