I completely understand what you are saying, however, I also understand what they are trying to protect…… I would be devastated if someone used one of my cake photo’s to promote themselves or passed off one of my designs or ideas as theirs.
I do feel that these companies take it too far though, with only allowing personal non profit reproductions & only those that can afford the licensing fee, kind of tells me that they’re not really bothered about the reproduction of their product but they want a piece of any money that has been made from it. Xx
