Amazing Cake…love the look, the design and vibrant colour. I have used beets & the juice for years for my red velvet….trick I learned from my Mom. Since I’m a Canadian…kudos for your nod to a wonderfully gifted Canadian artist…. Yes she’s awesome. Know of her through my artist nephew.
