re: Beer Can Pouring

It’s just frosting. I used the Swiss Buttercream recipe. I cut a dowel to be the height I wanted plus the length of the can, then I broke the dowel at where it entered the can then using packaging tape, taped it together. I then put the can on and bent it a little. I took the can off again and using a very large round tip I pipped frosting on the stick/dowel going from the bottom up to the bend where the tape was. At that point I put just a little of frosting to cover the tape and put the empty beer can over top of it. Does that help?
