I’m based at Singapore which is almost on the Equator & the humidity here is so high that handling buttercream, fondant or sugarpaste is always a nightmare !!
Every time I attempted making roses it ended up melting/wilting before I could even finish them ! I was sooo desperate that I finally got help & attempted them ! :))
