It’s funny that you’s love the stencilling! I started out wanting a red damask effect… but when I stencilled the damask pattern with a pearl layer… it looked a bit too pink… instead of looking like a “blokey” cake… it was a bit “girly”. It was hubby that suggested a purple layer… Was satisied with the end result!
