Very nice Ana. May I ask what you used for the black of the owl? Is it fondant or marzipan? I had to use fondant for a black wedding cake but it sweated so much which I have never had before! When the fondant sweats it also gets very shiny and that was not the effect I was looking for! Any tips would be greatly appriciated! xxx
