Sorry – this is unrelated to cupcakes, but this might help.
The way I learned to make cake pops was to sub the oil in recipe, with apple sauce. This makes the cake balls not fall apart, retain their shape, and not be greasy.
I would try that if you don’t get enough people sharing recipes.
