Making the fondant biscuits was the most fun – They looked so lifelike I managed to trick more than one person into thinking they were real biscuits. I’ve got a custard cream biscuit press, but I had made the pink wafers, Jammie Dodgers and Chocolate Borbon biscuits from sugarpaste.
