Thank you Sarah, Jo and Cakehatteras!!x I actually got a call from the event planner, (my heart dropped as I wondered what happened to the cake), to say that I sent the wrong cake as they had ordered buttercream and now they were stuck with a fondant cake. I assured them that it was buttercream and took it as a compliment .
