re: What's in a name?

With all my respect to all people opinions I found the article for the “FAKE CAKERS” pointless, unnecessary and mean. Cake decorating develops so much and so fast lately. There are so many new tools, materials and techniques out there. Pleasing a customers and working according their requirements on a REAL CAKE is very important but not enough. We also must show the customers what the cake decorating industry could offer nowadays. How? As decorate and work on a FAKE CAKE, learn and experiment new ideas on FAKE CAKE, advertise showing our work on a FAKE CAKE. I honestly do not see what is the problem with the FAKE CAKES? Also more and more customers of mine order FAKE CAKES ( especially for weddings) with a tire or two of REAL CAKE.
